Confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants within two hours of registering for the Conference. Advanced registrants will receive their name badges and tickets at the on-site during Registration hours. Cancellations/Refunds
To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing at the ASCE Headquarters by Wednesday, June 27, 2018. A $65 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by Wednesday, June 27, 2018. There are no cancellations refunds after Wednesday, June 27, 2018.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after Wednesday, June 27, 2018.
ASCE cannot refund registration fees after this registration cut-off date due to an individual's inability to obtain a visa, so please file your international travel paperwork as far in advance as possible in order to be eligible for a refund prior to the registration cut-off date.
Badges
To receive a badge, you must register. Your name badge is your admission to the technical sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Pre-registered participants are to pick up their badges upon checking in at the On-site Registration Counter at the Sheraton Centre, Toronto. Badge sharing is not allowed. Registration is per individual and is not exchangeable between colleagues.
